Since 1994, I own a small tour operator. My minor subject was Slavonic Studies and I myself participated in a summer language course at MGU in Moscow, which was complimentarily organized by North Rhine-Westphalia Association of Russian Teachers in 1992. Afterwards, I organized and personally accompanied several summer courses in behalf of the Association of Russian Teachers. The number of interested persons decreased from year to year, so the groups seldom materialized. At the same time, it became apparent, that the organizational effort (offer of scheduled flights, specified hedging of travel prices, insurances) goes beyond the complimentary work and that it would be inappropriate for a complimentary organization to focus on this kind of work. Therefore, I founded my company in 1994 and since then continuously developed the activities.
At present, I organize few individual travels in cooperation with long-time partners every year, basically with the universities in Simferopol, Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Together with another small travel operator, I also organize language courses at the university in Odessa.

We insure our customer's money pursuant to (German Civil Code) BGB §651k with Generali Versicherung AG (as of 01.01.2010). Our liability insurance (Damage to person, property and financial losses) is with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG (max. EUR 5 Mio. per policy period for damage to person). This applies especially for the risk as contracting air carrier, since we - in case you book your plane tickets together with your packaged tour with us - are liable for possible damages. Standard travel insurances (we offer international health, luggage and travel cancellation expenses insurances in cooperation with Hanse-Merkur Reiseversicherung AG) are not included in the travel price. We recommend especially the travel cancellation expenses insurance, since you are responsible for a large part of the cancellation fee in case of illness.
